（1）初試主觀化。初試時(shí)，面試官通常是提問(wèn)一般的常識(shí)性的基礎(chǔ)問(wèn)題，然后憑主管印象篩選面試者，缺乏對(duì)面試者專(zhuān)業(yè)性、適用性的深入了解。

企業(yè)招聘中存在的問(wèn)題如此之多，如何才能合理避免這些問(wèn)題，提高企業(yè)招聘的有效率？
建立合理、規(guī)范的招聘流程：由企業(yè)人力資源部門(mén)進(jìn)行初步面試，主要把握應(yīng)聘人員的基本素質(zhì)是否符合企業(yè)招聘崗位的基本要求；由相關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)面試，主要把握應(yīng)聘人員是否能夠達(dá)到應(yīng)聘崗位所要求的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)與技能要求；對(duì)于公司內(nèi)關(guān)鍵崗位或中高層崗位應(yīng)聘者，在經(jīng)歷前兩步后，需要再增加1-2次面試，由公司高層進(jìn)行復(fù)試（中層以下的關(guān)鍵崗位應(yīng)聘者可先由中層面試后，再由高層進(jìn)行終試）。

1. 面試官都很少提出很好的問(wèn)題

不少的應(yīng)聘者容易緊張，擔(dān)心準(zhǔn)備不足，實(shí)際上很少有面試官是準(zhǔn)備充分的，并且他們特別容易分心，通常是依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)在臨時(shí)表演。我的好多次面試，都源自人資兩分鐘前的一個(gè)電話，所以我會(huì)選擇先讓?xiě)?yīng)聘者自我介紹，然后趕緊偷看一下簡(jiǎn)歷。
3. 自信從容，注意你的肢體語(yǔ)言
有一位5年開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)聘者，關(guān)于技術(shù)部分，我們面試了10多分鐘，兩輪下來(lái)確認(rèn)沒(méi)有問(wèn)題了。但是在最后高層主管進(jìn)行復(fù)試的時(shí)候，卻被刷掉了。原因是面試過(guò)程中，他不時(shí)地?cái)[弄手中的會(huì)客卡，讓他有回答問(wèn)題不自信的嫌疑。
4. 不要抱怨前公司和同事
就在今天面試的一位2年經(jīng)驗(yàn)的JAVA工程師，當(dāng)問(wèn)及為何離開(kāi)之前的公司時(shí)，他就開(kāi)始抱怨之前的公司氛圍不好，同事沒(méi)有工作激情等等。這至少體現(xiàn)他缺乏團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。即使后面的面試，他如何優(yōu)秀，也很難打動(dòng)面試官了。
5. 注意語(yǔ)速，并且表達(dá)清楚
6. 盡量寫(xiě)博客和在GitHub上傳自己的代碼
這點(diǎn)太重要了，相對(duì)于談話，博客更能讓面試官全面地認(rèn)識(shí)你。如果有自己的源碼，簡(jiǎn)直連面試都可以省了。可是這一點(diǎn)很容易被忽略，包括我讓新人上傳自己的代碼至github，并且寫(xiě)博客記錄自己的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷。他們大多都認(rèn)為是浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。我只想說(shuō)：磨刀不誤砍柴工。
隨著新學(xué)期的開(kāi)始，我校又迎來(lái)了一批充滿青春氣息的新生。
伴隨著新生的來(lái)臨與對(duì)校園的熟悉，為了同學(xué)們能多多參加學(xué)校的活動(dòng)，鍛煉能力。為了讓同學(xué)們?cè)趯W(xué)校里能學(xué)到更多，更為了學(xué)生會(huì)工作更好的開(kāi)展，我校進(jìn)行了第十一屆學(xué)生會(huì)招新工作，也就在前段時(shí)候，招新工作圓滿成功地落下了帷幕。
能使新生更多地了解學(xué)生會(huì)，能夠積極參與學(xué)生會(huì)招新的競(jìng)選，我們學(xué)生會(huì)擴(kuò)大了宣傳力度，張貼出了海報(bào)及通知，學(xué)生會(huì)的主席及委員利用課余時(shí)間下到各個(gè)宿舍，并把重點(diǎn)放在大一新生寢室。學(xué)生會(huì)各成員為了宣傳力度能夠到位，他們不辭勞苦、耐心地講解著學(xué)生會(huì)的招新流程、各部門(mén)的設(shè)置及日常活動(dòng)。
本次招新工作受到新生們的積極響應(yīng)，報(bào)名現(xiàn)場(chǎng)異常火暴，另外還有很多人當(dāng)場(chǎng)報(bào)名參加本次招新。
在第一輪面試中，同學(xué)們各抒己見(jiàn)，充分展現(xiàn)自我。首先由他們先自我介紹，緊接著是我們進(jìn)行了不同的面試提問(wèn)，他們時(shí)而緊張，時(shí)而舒緩，神態(tài)各異。更多的同學(xué)是以自信的勇氣和自我展現(xiàn)個(gè)人風(fēng)采。經(jīng)過(guò)他們激烈的演講，我們公正、公開(kāi)、公平的評(píng)選，確定了進(jìn)入復(fù)試的同學(xué)們的名單并張榜公布了他們的名字。
緊接著進(jìn)入了第二輪面試，這次學(xué)生會(huì)準(zhǔn)備更加充分得體，各方緊緊有條，各部門(mén)精細(xì)分配，統(tǒng)一協(xié)作，配合默契，進(jìn)行了更一輪激烈的“戰(zhàn)斗”，在此次復(fù)試中，學(xué)生會(huì)成員提出各異的問(wèn)題，偶爾讓他們展現(xiàn)下才藝，此時(shí)的他們更加展現(xiàn)出了膽量、素質(zhì)、內(nèi)涵、才華及語(yǔ)言組織能力和臨場(chǎng)放映能力。
截止9月28日，各部門(mén)均通過(guò)多輪面試，層層篩選，最終確定了各部門(mén)試用干事名單。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最為激烈的是實(shí)踐部，收到的報(bào)名表達(dá)50張之多，經(jīng)過(guò)多輪面試有7個(gè)成了幸運(yùn)兒。生活部從35人中錄取了7人，體育部從35人中錄取了5人，文娛部從30人中錄取了5人，學(xué)宣部從25人錄取了4人，安全部從26人錄取了2人。

以下幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題考生一定要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備：一是自我介紹，如自己來(lái)自什么地方、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)、業(yè)余喜好、家庭基本情況等信息；二是做好用英語(yǔ)介紹本科專(zhuān)業(yè)的準(zhǔn)備。口語(yǔ)測(cè)試時(shí)老師有可能要求你就本專(zhuān)業(yè)展開(kāi)話題，考查你用英語(yǔ)講解陌生概念的能力。因此考生要有所準(zhǔn)備，先用筆頭組織這些問(wèn)題的要點(diǎn)，然后再以這些詞組織語(yǔ)言。在閱讀專(zhuān)業(yè)文獻(xiàn)時(shí)，也要多積累一些專(zhuān)業(yè)方面的英語(yǔ)詞匯。
在每一年的面試中都會(huì)有很多相同的問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題看起來(lái)很平常，卻有很多陷阱，一不小心就會(huì)被考官抓住“小辮子”。回答這些看起來(lái)很常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題，其實(shí)是很有方法的。
一、開(kāi)場(chǎng)
Well begun is half done.要給考官留下良好的第一印象，考生必須精心打造適合自己的開(kāi)場(chǎng)白。以下有兩種常見(jiàn)的開(kāi)場(chǎng)表達(dá)，考生可以加以練習(xí)。
動(dòng)之以情開(kāi)場(chǎng)：Good morning， dear professors. After years of dreaming about the opportunity and possibilities of studying in XXX University， it feels so great that I am finally here and have this interview. My name is XXX…
簡(jiǎn)單版：Good morning， my dear professors， it’s my great honor to be here and have this interview. My name is XXX…
二、自我介紹
要求簡(jiǎn)潔、有新意，能夠讓考官記住你。最重要的是，發(fā)音要準(zhǔn)，不要太快，以別人聽(tīng)懂為目的。但注意一定要聽(tīng)考官的指示語(yǔ)，聽(tīng)到考官說(shuō)“Can you introduce yourself briefly/ say something about yourself”后再開(kāi)始。
自我介紹的主體內(nèi)容：
1.姓名。介紹自己姓名時(shí)，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)（南方考生要多加注意）。
2.年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(guò)（I am XXX， 25 years old）。
3.原來(lái)的院校、專(zhuān)業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來(lái)學(xué)校的英文名稱(chēng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文名稱(chēng)弄清楚（尤其是跨校、跨專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生）。
所屬的公司、職位。在職考生則應(yīng)將自己公司、自己職位/職稱(chēng)的英文名稱(chēng)弄明白。
4.性格、能力，愛(ài)好等。可以著重強(qiáng)調(diào)你的個(gè)性對(duì)你報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報(bào)考的是學(xué)術(shù)型的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己細(xì)心（carefully，detail-oriented）、條理分明（logical）、踏實(shí)（steady）等；如果是應(yīng)用性更強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己負(fù)責(zé)（responsible）、可靠（dependable）、有效率（efficient）等。
5.你對(duì)報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有興趣（be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with……），可適當(dāng)舉出一些例子，如經(jīng)常看相關(guān)的書(shū)籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)教育對(duì)工作的影響（In my work， I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.）。
6.結(jié)束時(shí)可以說(shuō)：That’s all about me. / Well， that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.
【應(yīng)屆生可參考的自我介紹模板】

三、考研原因
英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)測(cè)試經(jīng)常問(wèn)的問(wèn)題是考研原因，通常可以從以下三個(gè)方面來(lái)回答。
1.興趣，即強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)所報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)懷有極大的興趣（have significant interest in…）。如果本科就讀的專(zhuān)業(yè)與報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)一致，則可以說(shuō)明想繼續(xù)深造（further education）的愿望。如果不一致，則要說(shuō)明報(bào)考專(zhuān)業(yè)對(duì)你的吸引力（…appeals to/attracts me a lot）。
2.優(yōu)勢(shì)，即強(qiáng)調(diào)研究生相對(duì)于本科生在知識(shí)、學(xué)術(shù)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。如：知識(shí)面更廣（wider knowledge）、學(xué)術(shù)更專(zhuān)業(yè)（more professional）、眼界更廣闊等（broaden one's horizon）。
3.規(guī)劃，即強(qiáng)調(diào)考研對(duì)你的未來(lái)的積極影響（have a positive effect on…），可以從求職、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、人生經(jīng)歷等方面入手進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。可參考的詞匯、短語(yǔ)如下：be helpful， contribute to， be beneficial to， be conductive to， be a definite advantage， become a strong point when it comes to…等。
對(duì)于在職考生或有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的考生來(lái)說(shuō)，考官更傾向于提問(wèn)他們?yōu)槭裁矗ǚ艞壒ぷ鞫┲匦聦W(xué)習(xí)。考生可以直言在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)某些知識(shí)或技能很重要，希望能通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)在這些方面進(jìn)行提高（In my work， I found…is rather important. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I choose to go back to school and improve myself）。
四、深入了解的話題
1.What is your greatest strength？（你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么？）
這是很多面試考官喜歡問(wèn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
這是你展示自己的最佳機(jī)會(huì)，不要吹噓自己或過(guò)于自負(fù)，但要讓考官知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
參考回復(fù)：I think my biggest advantage is the ability to stick to the job done. When a project turns out just as I'd planned， I feel a real sense of accomplishment. I've set some high goals. For example， I want to be an outstanding graduate. Although I was a freshman with a slow start， eventually I graduated with honor thesis.
參考譯文：我認(rèn)為我最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠執(zhí)著地盡力把事情辦好。當(dāng)做完一個(gè)項(xiàng)目而其成果又正合我的預(yù)想時(shí)，我會(huì)有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標(biāo)。比如說(shuō)，我要成為出色的畢業(yè)生。盡管在大學(xué)一年級(jí)時(shí)我啟動(dòng)慢了些，但最終我以優(yōu)等論文完成了學(xué)業(yè)。

你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題，每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。

絕不要對(duì)你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚，考官希望看到一個(gè)積極向上的你。
參考回復(fù)：I think I did well in school. In fact， in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class.

當(dāng)接到外企的面試通知時(shí)，很多人都高高興興去應(yīng)試，但往往第一關(guān)都還沒(méi)有過(guò)，就輸了，我們常會(huì)自問(wèn)，自己的能力并不差，為什么就這么被刷下來(lái)了?其實(shí)，你首先要明白外企招聘中最看重是什么，一定要提前做好準(zhǔn)備，才可以保證面試的順利進(jìn)行。下面應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)總結(jié)了外企面試中幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵的錯(cuò)誤，大家可要看仔細(xì)了。
錯(cuò)誤一：對(duì)招聘企業(yè)不了解。很多人都會(huì)在去外企面試之前做一些準(zhǔn)備，提前練習(xí)英文自我介紹，設(shè)想主考官問(wèn)的問(wèn)題用英文如何回答等等，但是卻很容易忽略通過(guò)各種途徑全面了解一下這家企業(yè)的相關(guān)信息、企業(yè)文化等背景資料。有沒(méi)有提前做好功課，恰恰反映了你是否很重視這次面試機(jī)會(huì)，是否很渴望進(jìn)入這家外企工作。因?yàn)椋谥骺脊倏磥?lái)，一個(gè)不關(guān)注自己企業(yè)的人，肯定對(duì)這個(gè)職位或者這個(gè)公司沒(méi)什么興趣。這個(gè)失誤一旦出現(xiàn)了，很有可能會(huì)讓你的面試夭折。
錯(cuò)誤二：英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)不達(dá)標(biāo)。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生小崔上星期去參加一家美資公司的面試時(shí)，就被無(wú)情地淘汰了，他雖然過(guò)了六級(jí)，但是英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)不太好，所以提前幾天就開(kāi)始做準(zhǔn)備，比如：熟背了英語(yǔ)自我介紹、準(zhǔn)備了英語(yǔ)面試常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題的回答。可是到了面試現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，一碰到?jīng)]有準(zhǔn)備過(guò)的問(wèn)題，腦袋一下子就大了，變得語(yǔ)無(wú)倫次、狼狽不堪。應(yīng)聘者的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力是外企面試中非常看重的一項(xiàng)，所以大家不能只是在面試前臨陣磨槍?zhuān)詈眠€是早做準(zhǔn)備，針對(duì)工作內(nèi)容，好好提高一下相應(yīng)的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。
錯(cuò)誤三：面試時(shí)遲到或失約。遲到或失約是外企面試中的大忌。守時(shí)不但是美德，更是面試時(shí)必須做到的事。因此，應(yīng)提前10至15分鐘或準(zhǔn)時(shí)到達(dá)。如因有要事遲到或缺席，一定要提前打電話通知該公司，并預(yù)約另一個(gè)面試時(shí)間。
錯(cuò)誤四： 對(duì)自己的歷史撒謊或夸大。雖說(shuō)面試回答考官問(wèn)題時(shí)，應(yīng)該揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是對(duì)于從來(lái)沒(méi)有取得過(guò)的成績(jī)和做過(guò)多的事情，可不要因?yàn)榈K于面子就硬說(shuō)自己做過(guò)。因?yàn)橥馄蟮拿嬖嚬伲绕涫峭饧鞴埽貏e喜歡針對(duì)某一個(gè)問(wèn)題作深入提問(wèn)，如果你說(shuō)你做過(guò)，他們馬上會(huì)接著問(wèn)幾個(gè)關(guān)于細(xì)節(jié)的問(wèn)題，到時(shí)候露了餡，可是很無(wú)地自容的哦!而且，萬(wàn)一讓對(duì)方發(fā)現(xiàn)你不誠(chéng)實(shí)，那毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)地就會(huì)把你淘汰出局了。
錯(cuò)誤五：表現(xiàn)得傲氣十足。無(wú)論你學(xué)歷有多高、能力有多強(qiáng)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)有多豐富，你都不要輕視任何一個(gè)提問(wèn)和其他應(yīng)聘者。去外企面試的時(shí)候，雖然自信很重要，但是也要客觀地評(píng)估自己，如果表現(xiàn)得太強(qiáng)勢(shì)、過(guò)于自信的話，也會(huì)讓招聘企業(yè)考慮你是否合群、是否好培養(yǎng)。曾經(jīng)有一個(gè)國(guó)際貿(mào)易專(zhuān)業(yè)的高材生，去馬士基參加初試的時(shí)候，主考官問(wèn)：如果你的同事中有的人不太好溝通，你會(huì)怎么辦?他竟然搶答到：最重要的是工作，每個(gè)人都有自己的個(gè)性，不需要去勉強(qiáng)。一個(gè)星期之后，公司很客氣地通知他不用參加復(fù)試了。對(duì)此專(zhuān)家的點(diǎn)評(píng)是：自信和驕傲往往就只有一線之隔，驕傲的人令人生厭，缺乏團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，外企絕不喜歡一個(gè)單打獨(dú)斗的獨(dú)行俠。
錯(cuò)誤六：沒(méi)有明確的個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃。針對(duì)職業(yè)規(guī)劃最常見(jiàn)的提問(wèn)就是未來(lái)5年，你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃是怎樣的?這個(gè)時(shí)候，如果你表現(xiàn)得很茫然，或者只是有一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的目標(biāo)，比如：銷(xiāo)售部經(jīng)理，但是當(dāng)主管問(wèn)到你具體如何一步步達(dá)到這樣的目標(biāo)時(shí)，你卻無(wú)言以對(duì)。那么，你很有可能無(wú)法通過(guò)這次面試。外企對(duì)每一個(gè)員工的個(gè)人職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃都很看重，他們認(rèn)為：個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃模糊的員工，頻繁跳槽的可能性會(huì)很大，因?yàn)橛刑嗖淮_定的因素會(huì)干擾到他改變自己的人生軌跡，工作也不會(huì)很積極進(jìn)取，所以不是他們需要的人。

二、招新細(xì)則：
1、招新對(duì)象：16屆藝術(shù)學(xué)院全體學(xué)生。
2、招新要求：
(1)承認(rèn)學(xué)生會(huì)章程，自覺(jué)遵守學(xué)生會(huì)的規(guī)章制度。
(2)思想品德好，工作積極主動(dòng)，耐心細(xì)心，同時(shí)責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，肯吃苦耐勞。具有一定的創(chuàng)新和交際能力，并有信心處理好學(xué)習(xí)與工作的關(guān)系。
(3)有一定的自我鍛煉，自我管理意識(shí)，有組織能力，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)良好。
3、招新人數(shù)：15人。
4、招新形式：在招新時(shí)間內(nèi)，申請(qǐng)人將藝術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)招新報(bào)名表交到指定地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行登記報(bào)名，并進(jìn)行初步面試和篩選。通過(guò)初步面試的申請(qǐng)人進(jìn)行第二輪面試。最后由招新工作小組確定新一屆干事名單。
三、面試工作安排：
(一)前期準(zhǔn)備和宣傳
1、由學(xué)生會(huì)主席團(tuán)、本部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人和成立招新審查小組，并由招新審查小組確定最終的招新方案，準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)的招新材料(復(fù)印學(xué)生會(huì)簡(jiǎn)介100張和報(bào)名表50張)。
2、主席團(tuán)根據(jù)最終招新方案分組安排各個(gè)干事的工作事項(xiàng)。
3、利用條幅標(biāo)語(yǔ)及海報(bào)等形式公布招新信息(在宿舍、教學(xué)樓、食堂和宣傳櫥窗等地點(diǎn)張貼)。
4、利用大一新生晚自習(xí)時(shí)間由招新小組成員分工到各班進(jìn)行招新宣傳，向新生介紹我們學(xué)生會(huì)的主要工作和職責(zé);同時(shí)通知新生報(bào)名方式、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)以及初試時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，方式等。(時(shí)間初定于9月24日)
(二)統(tǒng)計(jì)、初試
1、統(tǒng)計(jì)：

2、初試(初定于10月10號(hào))：
準(zhǔn)備：①借兩個(gè)大階梯教室(201;202)

③購(gòu)買(mǎi)飲料、布置會(huì)場(chǎng)、安排初試時(shí)的接待人員，登記人員等。
④通知參加競(jìng)選的新生時(shí)間地點(diǎn)。(提前二十分鐘到達(dá)
會(huì)場(chǎng)，無(wú)辜或未請(qǐng)假遲到者不予競(jìng)選)
會(huì)場(chǎng)：①由接待人員安排競(jìng)選人員就坐，登記人員進(jìn)行到場(chǎng)登記安排競(jìng)選人員的競(jìng)選順序。
②由接待人員接待院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，老師及安排就坐，同時(shí)將競(jìng)選者的資料交給評(píng)委們。
③主持人宣布藝術(shù)學(xué)院第四屆招新開(kāi)始及介紹評(píng)委，介紹學(xué)生會(huì)及競(jìng)選規(guī)則等。

⑤主持人宣布競(jìng)選開(kāi)始，參加競(jìng)選者根據(jù)順序上臺(tái)進(jìn)行自我介紹，在每個(gè)競(jìng)選者自我介紹完后評(píng)委可對(duì)其進(jìn)行提問(wèn)。
⑥競(jìng)選同時(shí)4名統(tǒng)計(jì)員統(tǒng)計(jì)每個(gè)競(jìng)選者得分及排名。
⑦競(jìng)選人員全部競(jìng)選結(jié)束后由評(píng)委老師做感想講話，同時(shí)4名統(tǒng)計(jì)員統(tǒng)計(jì)出初試晉級(jí)人員名單交至主持人處。
⑧主持人在評(píng)委講話結(jié)束后宣布晉級(jí)人員名單及相應(yīng)部門(mén)，同時(shí)通知晉級(jí)人第二輪參選初定時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)有相關(guān)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人分別通知。最后宣布初試結(jié)束。請(qǐng)?jiān)u委老師先退場(chǎng)，然后其他同學(xué)一次退場(chǎng)。
⑨5名干事留在會(huì)場(chǎng)收拾會(huì)場(chǎng)，將垃圾清理干凈。
注意：
①對(duì)競(jìng)選者必須保持公平公正的打分原則;
②從以下幾個(gè)要求對(duì)競(jìng)選者的初次考察：對(duì)言語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力的要求;對(duì)邏輯思考能力的要求;對(duì)組織協(xié)調(diào)能力的要求;對(duì)工作責(zé)任態(tài)度的要求;對(duì)隨機(jī)應(yīng)變能力的要求。

①在結(jié)束第一輪競(jìng)選后由主席團(tuán)組織對(duì)招新小組開(kāi)一次小結(jié)會(huì)，對(duì)第一輪競(jìng)選工作中的不足進(jìn)行改進(jìn)完善，同時(shí)就第二輪競(jìng)選進(jìn)行一次探討，確定第二輪各部門(mén)考核重點(diǎn)，考核時(shí)間(初定于10月13號(hào))，地點(diǎn)，人員分工等，同時(shí)安排人員做好相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作。(初定于10月11號(hào))
②在招新小結(jié)會(huì)結(jié)束后各部負(fù)責(zé)人通知相應(yīng)部門(mén)的晉級(jí)人員第二輪競(jìng)選地點(diǎn)(初定于510)和時(shí)間。準(zhǔn)備好復(fù)試的題目和相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
2、會(huì)場(chǎng)：
①10月13號(hào)實(shí)踐部負(fù)責(zé)人提前半小時(shí)到達(dá)會(huì)場(chǎng)布置會(huì)場(chǎng)。
②待競(jìng)選者到達(dá)會(huì)場(chǎng)后分發(fā)相關(guān)試題，并對(duì)試題講解要求等。然后讓競(jìng)選者準(zhǔn)備。
③就實(shí)踐部所需人才特點(diǎn)的相應(yīng)考核重點(diǎn)對(duì)競(jìng)選人員進(jìn)行考核。我們負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)競(jìng)選者打分，提問(wèn)等。
④競(jìng)選者考核結(jié)束后實(shí)踐部負(fù)責(zé)人談?wù)劯醒裕缓笸藞?chǎng)。
⑤在復(fù)試結(jié)束后實(shí)踐部對(duì)考核結(jié)果進(jìn)行審核決定出最后晉級(jí)人員。
⑥待競(jìng)選人員退場(chǎng)完畢后我們部負(fù)責(zé)人收拾會(huì)場(chǎng)，回去做好最后工作總結(jié)，并將結(jié)果報(bào)至主席團(tuán)。
(四)主席團(tuán)審核，公布
1、待各部門(mén)將最后晉級(jí)名單及工作總結(jié)匯報(bào)至主席團(tuán)后，主席團(tuán)就這次面試開(kāi)總結(jié)大會(huì)，對(duì)最后晉級(jí)人員進(jìn)行確定，由各部負(fù)責(zé)人通知相應(yīng)部門(mén)預(yù)選干事名單。
2、就晉級(jí)人員進(jìn)行為時(shí)一個(gè)月的工作考核工作由主席團(tuán)對(duì)各個(gè)部門(mén)進(jìn)行工作布置。
四、實(shí)踐考核：
1、通知實(shí)踐部預(yù)選干事于10月17號(hào)17：00點(diǎn)至510進(jìn)行第一次例會(huì)。
2、于16號(hào)之前我部負(fù)責(zé)人準(zhǔn)備好一個(gè)考核預(yù)選干事工作能力的考核方案并準(zhǔn)備好有關(guān)資料。(初步定為就11月17日大學(xué)生節(jié)做一個(gè)活動(dòng)策劃書(shū))
3、10月17號(hào)我部負(fù)責(zé)人提前到會(huì)場(chǎng)布置會(huì)場(chǎng)，將考核資料分發(fā)到每個(gè)預(yù)選干事位置上。
4、待干事到齊后開(kāi)始第一次例會(huì)，例會(huì)期間講解這次任務(wù)的資料和相關(guān)要求，要求在下一次例會(huì)時(shí)將策劃書(shū)交至負(fù)責(zé)人處。每次例會(huì)中實(shí)踐部負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)每個(gè)預(yù)選干事進(jìn)行仔細(xì)觀察其各方面表現(xiàn)和能力。
5、在為時(shí)一個(gè)月的最后考核中，實(shí)踐部負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)每個(gè)預(yù)選干事從第一輪面試到最后一個(gè)月的考核結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)打分并提交至主席團(tuán)。
五、招新結(jié)束：
1、在各部門(mén)將最后每個(gè)預(yù)選干事總結(jié)打分提交至主席團(tuán)后由主席團(tuán)和每個(gè)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人開(kāi)會(huì)討論決定最后各部干事名單，公布于二樓學(xué)生科門(mén)口公告欄。
2、在所有工作結(jié)束之后主席團(tuán)于各部負(fù)責(zé)人開(kāi)會(huì)就這次招新工作的優(yōu)缺和每個(gè)部門(mén)工作表現(xiàn)等進(jìn)行一次最后的總結(jié)。

四、招新流程
(一)前期宣傳
1、具體流程
(1)宣傳部利用海報(bào)的形式告知院學(xué)生會(huì)招新的信息。
(2)廣播站利用廣播的形式宣傳招新信息，并且詳細(xì)介紹各部門(mén)的職責(zé)。
(3)將招新信息在我院網(wǎng)站上公布。
2、要求
(1)海報(bào)內(nèi)容新穎，形式多樣化。
(2)宣傳海報(bào)在多個(gè)地點(diǎn)張貼，安排人員在宿舍樓、教學(xué)樓、學(xué)生食堂、宣傳櫥窗等多個(gè)地點(diǎn)的消息欄張貼海報(bào)進(jìn)行前期宣傳。
(3)在廣播室安排相應(yīng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行一定數(shù)量的必要宣傳。
(4)在網(wǎng)站上招新信息時(shí)，不僅要具體的時(shí)間安排，還要將具體各個(gè)部門(mén)的職能做一一介紹，方便大家選擇自己合適的部門(mén)。

(2)某日某時(shí)開(kāi)始面試工作，面試按時(shí)間段分組進(jìn)行，每個(gè)時(shí)間段為......分組如下：

(6)各部門(mén)面試人員嚴(yán)格按照時(shí)間安排進(jìn)行面試，對(duì)每個(gè)應(yīng)聘者一視同仁，公平公正，對(duì)每個(gè)應(yīng)聘者根據(jù)自身具體情況進(jìn)行面試，細(xì)心、耐心。
(7)如果某部門(mén)在相應(yīng)時(shí)間段內(nèi)沒(méi)有完成該部門(mén)應(yīng)聘者的面試，可以通知應(yīng)聘者在該部門(mén)下個(gè)面試時(shí)間段再來(lái)，或者通過(guò)增設(shè)面試區(qū)域的辦法，及時(shí)完成面試，避免大量人員等待滯留。
(8)如果應(yīng)聘人數(shù)較多，也可以在招新領(lǐng)表處增設(shè)初試點(diǎn)。由各部門(mén)人員對(duì)交表的應(yīng)聘者當(dāng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行初試。
(9)如果報(bào)名工作中出現(xiàn)某個(gè)部門(mén)報(bào)名人員扎堆，某個(gè)部門(mén)報(bào)名人數(shù)相對(duì)較少時(shí)，可根據(jù)招新表情況初步選擇一些相對(duì)合適的應(yīng)聘者采取電話征求意見(jiàn)確認(rèn)的辦法，安排其到人數(shù)較少的部門(mén)進(jìn)行面試，具體聽(tīng)從主席團(tuán)安排。
(10)如果遇到突發(fā)事件和特殊情況，及時(shí)向主席團(tuán)報(bào)告進(jìn)行安排解決。

The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company .Two major customers, Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work.
However,with time going on ,the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I'm really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . I'm eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.
在財(cái)務(wù)部，主要負(fù)責(zé)帳單和憑證的核對(duì)，對(duì)金碟k3財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)也有一定的接觸。采購(gòu)部方面，負(fù)責(zé)iso環(huán)境認(rèn)證體系的建立。主要跟公司的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行溝通，調(diào)查了解他們提供的產(chǎn)品(原料)是否符合環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并負(fù)責(zé)環(huán)保協(xié)議的簽訂。
一、工作表現(xiàn)與收獲
在實(shí)習(xí)期間，嚴(yán)格遵守公司的規(guī)章制度，積極投入到工作中，做到了自覺(jué)、自律、自學(xué)、自新。自己雖是實(shí)習(xí)，但我以對(duì)正式員工的要求來(lái)要求自己。自覺(jué)遵守考勤、辦公管理等規(guī)定。堅(jiān)守xx人守則，從小事做起，從身邊的事情做起，嚴(yán)于律己。
我不是學(xué)財(cái)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè)的，在財(cái)務(wù)部實(shí)習(xí)有一定的困難。但我做到了“心態(tài)歸零”，通過(guò)自學(xué)、請(qǐng)教等方式努力學(xué)習(xí)財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)，提高了自己的工作能力和服務(wù)水平，養(yǎng)成了持續(xù)“工作+學(xué)習(xí)”的意識(shí)。
在xx的最大收獲在于體驗(yàn)到了其獨(dú)特的企業(yè)文化。xx那種“創(chuàng)造顧客、貼近顧客、服務(wù)顧客、感動(dòng)顧客”的經(jīng)營(yíng)思想，那種“先學(xué)做人，后學(xué)做事”的理念，使我深深認(rèn)識(shí)到企業(yè)管理不僅是一門(mén)科學(xué)，更是一種文化。文化是企業(yè)的靈魂，是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所在。
二、自身存在問(wèn)題
第一 自己的財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)有限，而同事們的工作繁忙。不能經(jīng)常請(qǐng)教他們，以至很難對(duì)公司作出較大的貢獻(xiàn)。
第二 自己身兼兩職，隸屬于兩個(gè)部門(mén)。有時(shí)不能很好的區(qū)分工作的主次輕重，工作效率不是特別高。
第三 缺乏協(xié)調(diào)的技巧。因?yàn)樯硎?ldquo;雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”，財(cái)務(wù)部與采購(gòu)部同時(shí)需要我的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。而我未能提出解決問(wèn)題的方法，只是等兩位經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)后才開(kāi)展工作。
第四 未能積極地與公司高層溝通。常務(wù)副總曾對(duì)我----一個(gè)行政管理專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生到財(cái)務(wù)部工作表示關(guān)注，“雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”也不時(shí)發(fā)生小矛盾。但自己沒(méi)有主動(dòng)地與公司高層接觸溝通，解決存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
四、除了收獲、看見(jiàn)自身不足外，也憑借較扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)，發(fā)現(xiàn)了公司存在的一些不足：
第一 招聘錄用不是非常規(guī)范。在體育中心的招聘現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，我遞交簡(jiǎn)歷說(shuō)明應(yīng)聘人力資源職位后，招聘人員互相交流“素質(zhì)不錯(cuò)，不能做人力資源管理，其他職位也行。”而未問(wèn)我是否愿意服從調(diào)配，感覺(jué)自己沒(méi)受到尊重。一百多人參加了復(fù)試，復(fù)試很簡(jiǎn)單就是“一分鐘自我介紹”，然后追問(wèn)一兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。這樣很可能導(dǎo)致能力強(qiáng)但缺乏面試技巧者被篩選出去，或沒(méi)能力但熟練掌握面試技巧者進(jìn)入公司。不管出現(xiàn)哪種情況，對(duì)公司來(lái)說(shuō)都是個(gè)損失。我曾參加過(guò)國(guó)家公務(wù)員面試，雖未能成功，但我比較心服，我覺(jué)的結(jié)構(gòu)化面試是比較公平有效的。
第二 培訓(xùn)機(jī)制有待完善。為期一個(gè)星期的封閉式培訓(xùn)，感覺(jué)就像是在渡假。培訓(xùn)講師大多是市場(chǎng)上很出色的人員，但上起課來(lái)明顯力不從心。紀(jì)律比較松散，缺少激勵(lì)士氣的課程，未能形成一套規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)體系。我曾經(jīng)在某保險(xiǎn)公司接受兩個(gè)月的培訓(xùn)，覺(jué)得保險(xiǎn)公司培訓(xùn)課程的設(shè)置，培訓(xùn)的方法都值得其他公司(尤其是銷(xiāo)售服務(wù)型的公司)效仿。
