據介紹，從2005年起，我國MBA考試規則進行了改革，招生將初試科目由原來的4門(政治、 英語 、綜合能力、管理)改為2門( 英語 、綜合能力考試)。相應地加強資格審查和復試環節，更加重視考生的實踐經驗和工作業績，更加強調通過面試考查學生的管理潛質、溝通能力、分析能力、應變能力和協作精神等綜合素質。按照要求，各校MBA招生必須實行差額面試，面試差額淘汰率不低于20%.除西部地區學校外，所有招生院校的MBA復試分數線不得低于教育部確定的全國最低復試分數線，至此，面試已成MBA考試的一大門坎，甚至是至關重要的環節。
MBA入學考試的復試環節包括政治理論考試、外語聽力與口語測試以及綜合素質面試。主要方式為個人面試、行為面試、壓力面試、小組討論等方式。其中小組討論又稱無領導小組討論，即考生就一個話題展開討論，考官不指定題目和討論方向，完全由考生主導進行，考官則負責觀察考生在討論中的表現，確定考生是否適合從事管理工作。這是近年來商學院越來越偏好使用的面試形式，廣大考生應該密切關注。
面試有規律可循
據非凡考輔專家介紹，面試雖然淘汰率比較高，但也是有規律可循的，考生可以積極的心態應對，不必過于緊張。從招生院校看，大致分成三類
MBA院校招生很大程度上依托原有的知名度和本科畢業生數量，有時候名氣和提供的MBA教學并不一定成正比，建議考生多咨詢一下上屆的學長，有充分的心理準備和應變的準備，在面試時做到胸有成竹。落選的考生也不要氣餒，應快速聯絡第二志愿調劑院校，有時候反而會有意外的驚喜。
按規定各招生院校組織面試小組評委人數不得少于3人，成員還應包括企業界評委。因此考生了解面試考官的組成非常重要。MBA教育不等同于普通的教育，學校老師也希望能有企業界人士換個角度把關，因此最典型的考官小組就是由前MBA畢業生、年輕教師和招生學院資深教授組成。他們在分工上也略有側重，企業人士問考生的工作相關問題，年輕教師一般考英文口語問答，而資深教授一般問學業和學校相關問題。
考察三種技能
一般而言，考官要考察三種技能的具備情況(概念、人際、技術)，有管理經驗優于無管理經驗、有工作業績優于無工作業績、有管理雄心優于無管理雄心、有志氣優于無志氣、反應快優于反應慢、心志穩定優于神智慌亂、有管理地位優于無管理地位、有團隊精神優于無團隊精神、真誠者優于虛偽者。如今筆試不考聽力了，面試中就會加大口語的分量，不過大家不用擔心，一般是很簡單的問題，比如自我介紹、大學學過的專業什么的，老師也不會太為難考生。
為他放棄讀研

接著我們在不同的空間，相同的時間里，一同備戰考研。
結果出來了，他順利考上，我卻沒有進入復試而為調劑做著最后的掙扎。我除了浙江，基本沒有關注外省高校的調劑信息。我認為，找到對的人比找到對的城市重要，如果沒有喜歡的人，再美的城也是空城。大學時期我見過許多對原本你儂我儂的情侶被異地戀折磨得不成樣子，讀研時戀愛又比大學時風險更高，如果無法在同一個城市，我們能走到一起的幾率幾乎是零。我愿意去浙江，呵護這段感情。
浙江的高校雖多，我報考的專業招收調劑的并不多。從4月到5月，每一天我都準時去食堂樓上的網吧搜尋當天最新的調劑信息和公告，然后更換著調劑志愿，每一天都懷揣著新鮮的激情和熱血而去，被潑一盆盆冷水掃興失望而歸。
“你352分的分數不算低，在很多城市都能讀研究生，干嗎非要去浙江？搞得現在連研都讀不成了！”父母罵過，勸過，嘆過。我沒有告訴他們實情，因為我自己也覺得傻。
我為了他，踏踏實實找了半個月的工作，租好了公寓，并留在了浙江。
不能為了他，毀了自己
“你本科不是在‘211’大學上的？”

我從沒想過第一次去他家會是這樣的情景。我在他家接受近乎審判的盤問，羞愧得像在小學沒做完作業被老師命令靠墻罰站。沒想到，21世紀都過去十多年了，父母棒打鴛鴦的事兒還會發生在我身上；沒想到，本科“出身”也能槍斃愛情；沒想到，第一份工作的薪水在一些人眼中就是全部；沒想到，今時今日還有人講究“門當戶對”。
我曾經很相信電視劇、小說里的愛情故事：只要努力付出，悉心經營，就一定能等來開花結果；只要堅強、堅定，就能呵護愛情不受風吹雨打。我也相信自己對愛情的判斷：只要大家能呼吸同一座城市的空氣，仰望同一片天空的云朵，我們就能擁有相守的決心；我還曾經以為，只要我愿意向生活妥協，愿意放棄考研的理想踏上工作的道路，我們就不會有任何障礙。
然而，我相信的感情正在受到一只無形大手的操控，而我，只能靜候最后的冰冷無情的審判。
因為家人的壓力，他與我漸行漸遠，他依然在校園里當學業漸忙的研究生，我依然在初入職場的迷茫中翻滾。只是每次把自己埋在小屋的被窩里，都會懷疑，愛情漸逝，我留下的理由又是什么呢？每個清晨，按下鬧鐘，把沾濕的毛巾敷在哭腫的雙眼上，再假裝健康善良，打滿雞血地擠地鐵上班。當我快要在溫水煮青蛙的節奏中溺死的時候，媽媽的電話讓我徹底清醒過來：“我知道你希望你們能天荒地老，但事實上沒有人能和你過一輩子。丈夫不行，爸媽不行，只有你能陪著你自個兒。你愿意讓一個這樣的男人把你毀了？”
當然不。一年了，我也該醒了。我沒有忘記過自己的終極理想，我一直希望可以成為一名大學教師，而不是庸庸碌碌螺絲釘一般的小白領。我仍然渴望校園。想完成夢想，考研依然是繞不過去的路徑――千帆過盡，直掛云帆濟滄海。我開始搜尋大量的招生信息和專業的指導，嘗試做一場遲來的選擇。
一個月之后，我鎖定了目標――華南師范大學社會學專業。
一來，離家近，以后就業也可以兼顧父母。二來，盡管我的本科讀的是新聞專業，但是潛伏圖書館的閱讀經歷告訴我，自己對社會學更感興趣；再者，因為新聞傳播宣傳的廣泛和表面的光鮮度總是導致每年大批學生扎堆，有了一戰落水的經歷，還是不要鋌而走險為好；最后，我的大學知己正好在華師社會學就讀，對于考研來說，還有什么比近水樓臺獲取信息更靠譜的嗎？

我陪自己考研
作為一名喜歡打破常規的雙魚座筒子，我選擇了在家備考，從8月起，開始正兒八經地復習。但是我沒有像嚴謹的學生時期那樣制定事無巨細的復習計劃，而是完全遵循天性和興趣，專業書看累了，就背會兒單詞，什么都看不下去的時候，就打打游戲刷刷微博。雖然以復習為重，但是也不會硬生生推掉所有的社交活動，有朋友途經廣州，我還會放下書本，陪他逛大街小巷。
略有松懈的狀態終于在11月中旬有了明顯改變――我接受了那位在讀研究生知己的知識考查，前言不搭后語的邏輯引起了我們倆的高度重視，我這才意識到復習中的欠缺。
作為一名跨專業考生，之前零散的學習根本不足以識記龐雜的專業課內容。我接受學長的建議，不厭其煩地背誦、做真題，再反復背記。我在網上看到一個經驗帖，說是把自己不懂的知識點張貼在墻上，每日耳濡目染。于是，我將重點難點一點點往紙上謄，寫滿一張就往墻上釘一張，最后貼滿了房間的一大面白墻，每到吃飯、運動等零碎時間，我就會邁步向墻，細細觀摩自己的鴻篇巨制。最終，結合真題和各種筆記，我結結實實地把專業課的知識點背了二十多遍。
而在公共課中，政治是我的弱項，我果斷把英語的復習時間勻到政治的頭上。任汝芬、肖秀榮的教材，“紅寶書”等所有看起來靠譜的教材都成了我的囊中之物，看完一章就開始做真題、預測題，反復地進行題海和車輪戰的攻堅。我還建了各種各樣的記憶框架表，根據年份來的，根據主要內容來的，把所有相關著作、相關戰役、相關講話一網打盡。
對考研這項重體力的活兒，我秉承著輕傷不下火線的原則。記得有一次急性腸胃炎，高燒，還上吐下瀉，我沒敢給自己下重藥，怕影響腦子的運轉，愣是靠著止瀉藥、消炎藥把自己給折騰痊愈了。起不來床的時候，就窩被窩里，把枕頭當書桌記筆記。碰上泡腳把筆記給泡了的時候，我也能很淡定地找來吹風機把它們吹干，然后繼續坐在書桌邊看書學習。
那些時刻，我在想，媽媽說得沒錯，沒有人能能陪我走完一路，考研的進步、痛苦、快樂，都只屬于我自己一個人。依托于別人的快樂隨時可能溜走，只有自己創造的快樂才能存留。
好的壞的，自己受著
考研這件事就像坐過山車。初試從來不是一個完結點，恰恰，它只是一個開始。面對既無驚喜也無遺憾的初試成績，我以最后一名的成績進入了復試，我怎么能在不到兩個月的時間內擺脫初試成績的劣勢躍進錄取的門檻，這將是一場更為艱難的戰役。
我的組織通過考研論壇找到了我，我被加進了同考華師社會學的QQ群，通過比較得知了自己的劣勢，我沒有固執己見孤注一擲非華師不上，選擇了另外的調劑學校。另一方面，也開始做“絲逆襲”的備戰準備，我和學長發動了一切人脈搜羅歷年復試筆試面試真題――近水樓臺的優勢還是需要的。
但是最重頭的還是研究生復試的6本備考書目，再加上我還要參加跨專業的加試，壓力和緊迫感可想而知。我一方面抓緊熟悉備考考點，另一方面通過資料推測和判斷今年可能遇到的真題。我把能用的時間全都用來扎進書本和習題里，英文面試倒沒有太刻意的準備，因為有參加全國大學生英語演講大賽的經歷，我相信自己沒問題。

Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

小鈕傻了，頭上冷汗直冒。他根本不知道這是什么玩意兒。
2013年3月份，太原理工大學現代科技學院自動化專業的小鈕遇到了求職以來最大的挫折。他去參加太原環保電廠的面試。考官很嚴肅，一上來就問了他包括上述問題在內的5個專業問題，他只有2個能答上來。
小鈕回去一查，發現PT100就是個簡單的溫度傳感器：“打擊太大了，我覺得自己4年大學讀下來，什么都不會。”
2013年被稱為“史上最難就業年”，自中央到地方，各種推進大學生就業的措施紛紛出臺，而另一方面，各高校的“簽約率”數據依然不樂觀。
事實上，由大學畢業生人數逐年增加、經濟景氣不斷變化而形成的大學生就業壓力，近年來在不斷累積。
南京審計學院審計學專業的小戴為公務員考試奮戰到今年4月，結果全軍覆沒。參加過學校辯論隊的他，說話習慣于分條陳述：“考公務員失敗的原因主要是兩個，一是自己選的崗位報的人太多，二是自己的個人素質不符合公務員的選拔要求。”
4月份回到校園之后，“不想去銀行”的小戴通過校園招聘，獲得了中國銀行的面試機會。那次面試，讓他真真切切地感到了自己的劣勢。
那是一種“N對N面試”，3個面試官對7個應試者，他是第6個。第一個競爭對手的自我介紹就讓小戴覺得“不可思議”——這位仁兄說自己已經在江寧大學城賣出了10萬個毛絨玩具。其他對手的簡介則包括小提琴十級、參加過聯合國非物質文化遺產考察項目等等，小戴覺得和他們相比，自己“混過校辯論隊”的經歷，幾乎等于說自己“喝過水”。
學歷的尷尬
江蘇某高校的研究生劉敏，當初正是為了彌補本科學校的差距，才選擇考研。2013年，她研究生畢業時卻發現，讀研并非如她所想象的是“鍍金”，相反卻放大了她的“本科學歷”劣勢。
當時劉敏參加南京市某中學的現場招聘會。由于投遞簡歷的人太多，最后學校工作人員宣布，“本科畢業于211高校的留下來”。現場立刻走掉了三分之二的人，劉敏也在這低頭離去的人群中。
“能公開聲明還是好的，很多單位招研究生，都要優先考慮本科學校。”他們班曾集體參加了江蘇廣電集團的校園招聘，絕大多數人簡歷都沒塞過去，剩下被審核通過的，基本都是“本校本科生”。在新華社與央視的校園招聘中，劉敏和其他“出身不好”的同學，也都卡在了簡歷關上。
“我以為讀研可以擺脫三本的影子，現在才發現這反而把本科學歷給放大了。”
“獨木橋”上的落水者
其實，南京審計學院審計學專業的畢業生小戴，有一個很牛的專業方向——ACCA（即英國特許公認會計師）。
南京審計學院名頭雖不如南京大學，但錄取分數、生源質量卻未必差。審計學專業幾乎是南京審計學院錄取分數最高的一個專業，而ACCA方向則匯集了“高手中的高手”，成績最好的學生才能進入這個方向。
公務員家庭出身的小戴，第一選擇還是考公務員。“家庭經濟條件一般，不想出國和考研；不想去會計師事務所，太累；不想去銀行，因為要從柜員做起，還要出去拉存款，作為外省人，很難有這樣的人脈。還是考公務員吧，可以自由選擇地域，待遇和編制都不錯。”
2013年7月開始，小戴開始了公務員報考歷程。國考報的是河北證監會，沒有被錄取。又繼續報了省考——江蘇省南京市白下區審計局和河北滄州選調生。
除了中國銀行的面試，小戴還參加過3次國企的面試，都出局了。現在他打算畢業后先回河北，一邊在網上找工作，一邊準備8月的河北政法干警考試，失敗了再準備今年的公務員考試。
和小戴的選擇一樣，報考公務員幾乎是那些向往安定生活的學生的第一選擇。江蘇一家高校某專業40多名學生中，有30位報考了公務員，在很多崗位上都是大學同窗在“肉搏”。在數百、上千人爭奪一個職位的競爭中，絕大多數人黯然退場。
“做爛了的專業”
在湖北紡織大學電子商務專業的小田看來，他的求職之路似乎從來就沒有如意的時候。
2012年9月，小田去了中通、申通等物流企業應聘，但都沒“趕上集”。11月初，在電商物流招聘行將結束時，他拿到一家武漢小型冷鏈物流的聘書，但對方要求苛刻：12月必須去報到，實習期長，薪水只有2000塊。小田拒絕了。
年后，小田又去應聘了京東、騰訊和58同城。58同城的面試官甚至讓他跳過了簡歷篩選過程，直接進入到筆試環節，但小田沒通過。他說自己的長處是與人打交道，邏輯思維能力欠缺。
3月底，心灰意冷的小田回了老家，一邊幫在貴州大學當老師的發小跑招生工作，一邊給自己做物流中介的親戚幫忙。小田說他的專業“做爛了”——進入門檻低，什么人都能做， “現在電商物流為節省開支，也不會招對口的大學生”。小田所在的班44個人，最后拿到電商行業聘書的只有3個人。
如果說“電子商務物流”這樣時髦的專業都“被做爛了”，那么小丁的專業在名字上就已“日落西山”了。她是山東交通學院商務英語專業畢業生。在麥可思研究院的《2013年中國大學生就業報告》中，“英語”已經被認為是2013年度就業前景最不看好的專業。
在參加幾次招聘會失望而歸后，小丁決定回老家找工作。她的老家在一個內陸城市，對商務英語專業畢業生的需求就更少了。她在培訓機構找了一份工作，做了半個月左右，實在不感興趣，最后辭了。
“只要能找到感興趣的工作，哪怕薪酬不很高也可以，剛開始就是累積經驗。實在不行就去沿海，在那里我們專業找工作容易些。”她說。
“憑什么把所有女生都排除掉”
天津師范大學的小金是學廣播電視新聞專業的，但她對本專業工作不感興趣。“我真正感興趣的是當一名教師。”
想回海南做教師的小金承認自己“歧視”用人單位：“我只想去公立學校，不想去私立學校。”
這似乎是當今社會的“人之常情”。“公”字頭、“國”字頭單位，象征著長久、穩定，對“私有”、“民營”的擔憂，折射出人們對于社會和個人未來的不確定。
正如小金所說：“我擔心民辦學校不能給我提供足夠的薪水、足夠好的社會地位和保障。萬一學校哪天倒了，我失業了怎么辦？”
但小金所向往的那些“公家”單位，對她也有“歧視”。例如某博物館的崗位，要求中文專業或者文秘專業。“我明明做得來，我新聞稿件寫得比中文系學生好，為什么不能要我？”
還有一家海口的小學招語文老師，要求有海口市戶口，小金打電話過去，問外地戶口能不能應聘，工作人員說不行。還有一些崗位需要出差，明確要求男生。“憑什么就把所有女生都排除掉？”她說。
東南大學電氣工程學院的小丁對這種歧視的感覺更加直觀。她所在的專業，男生們上個學期就被訂走了，去的都是響當當的好單位——供電局、國家電網……
但是女生們就沒有這么走運了，“我們整個學院，只有3個女生自己找到工作。”
讓小丁氣憤的是，一些大型國企在招聘時并不限制性別，“但只要有男生面試，不管成績多差，都愿意要男生。有一個國企招聘，我們專業的同學都投了簡歷，結果成績挺好的進不了復試，班上一個掛科的男生居然進復試了”。
“也許問題還是在我身上”
小金認為，就業耽誤了的大部分原因在自己身上。她在家閑待了一個寒假，一直在逃避現實，錯過了找工作的最佳時間。
“等到回學校，不得不開始找工作時，已經是各單位招聘的尾聲了。目標也定得太晚，如果一開始就做老師，就不會錯過好多教師招聘信息。”
